OPTIONS A PLENTY
Inshore togging has been good and getting better with the recent string of cool days seen across Southern New England (Photo courtesy of Little Sister Charters)
Whether you prefer freshwater or salt, the surf of offshore, there is a lot to do this week around the Cape. Freshwater fishing is excellent right now for trout as they prefer the cooling waters. Some big browns are being landed on the Cape to go along with the rainbows stocked by the state this fall. In the salt there are still bass running the surf (although most fish being caught are sub-legal), the rockpiles are loaded with blackfish and the bluefin just keep on keepin’ on.
