Cod Crush

Mother Nature finally took it easy on the cod boats and the fishing was downright fantastic off Block Island! Pretty much everyone got out Saturday and Sunday with quite a few looking to extend the action into the week. Lots of limit catches were reported and both fresh-shucked clams and jigs produced quite well. A good bycatch of ling, ocean perch and even some pollock were also reported to top off the catches....
