Last Lady Fishing Charters

November 12, 2018:
High winds from the west proved to be the downfall of Saturday's striped bass trip with Last Lady fishing Charters. Capt. Ralph Leyrer said Sunday's weather was great with very little wind and warm temperatures which served up a one stop drop on a wreck that gave up a limit of big porgies and big sea bass along with some bluefish. On Thursday the girls of the Wojozak charter had stripers too 41 pounds, while Friday's trip with the Joe Link Jr. party decked bass to 37 pounds despite some bumpy seas. Capt. Ralph said the crew got a late start on Sunday with longtime friends and charter Al and Jim Lang. "Missed the bite, tomorrow is another day," Ralph said, adding "Plenty of fish are here."
