Prime Time 3

November 12, 2018:
Capt. Mike Boccio of the Primetime III out of Orient reports super togging continues aboard the Prime Time III. On Thursday, the boat started in 40 to 50 foot depths and had very good action with mostly shorts and a few keepers. A move to 60 foot saw only a pick of fish on some really sticky bottom. A stop in 75 foot found much improved action with more keepers. When slack tide came the boat moved to a spot in 115 feet and it was game on with mostly big fish in the 3 to 7 pound range flying over the rails. The better anglers had as many as 15 keepers, only keeping their limits and safely returning the rest. By days end, everyone went home with a full boat limit releasing many keepers and many more shorts. The Primetime III is now targeting blackfish full time Monday thru Sunday at 7 A.M. and green crabs will be on board daily, with white and hermit crabs when available. The Jenglo will be scheduling some exciting special trips for Block Island sea bass and cod. Capt. Mike and Jenny are now booking fall blackfish sea bass and Block Island wreck fishing charters during November and December.
