Prime Time 3

November 13, 2017:
Capt. Mike Boccio of the Primetime III out of Orient reports real fine quality togging aboard both vessels this week with plenty of limits and big fish on all trips. On Tuesday aboard the Primetime III, 12 fares all had their limit with the pool white chin going 10.2-pounds. Several tog over 8 pounds were caught towards the end of the day. Wednesday saw fare had their creels filled by 11 a.m... Flavio Volencia had 16 fish to 9 pounds, while Shawn Sangh had 10 fish to 8 pounds. The duo kept their legal limit and safely released the remainder. Thursday was another banner day of togging with Chris Logerfo's 12 pound slob tog leading the way. Aboard the Jenglo on Tuesday, Paul Wiess and crew of 13 not only enjoyed a full boat limit of blackfish, they also socked it to many fish over 7 pounds. It was a great trip. Thursday's trip for Dominick Mercogliano and the gangsters from Baldwin put a boat limit into the box by 9:30 a.m. with Rich Quartuccio nailing the pool fish of 10-pounds. Friday's gale winds didn't deter the Primetime III or it's loyal regulars as 28 keeper tog to 4 pounds, a few nice sea bass and about 75 shorts kept all on board focused on catching togs rather than how the wind was howling. The Prime Time 3 will be sailing daily for blackfish and other bycatch, while the Jenglo will be on the Block Island mixed bag trips. Split charters are also available. In addition, the Jenglo will be running special Rhode Island tog and sea bass trips every Friday during November. Reservation are necessary for the mix bag special.
