Black Rose Fishing Charters

Captain Rich from Black Rose Fishing Charters reported fishing has been great on all fronts, run and gun tuna, haddock, stripes, sea bass, scup and sharks. Captain Rich was defending his victory in the Monster Shark Tourney from 2017 at the writing of this report. Looking forward to hearing about the results for the 2018 event in next week's report.

    Captain Rich from Black Rose Fishing Charters said that it must be spiny dogfish spawning time. Monster females have been cruising near the surface, but it hasn't slowed down the haddock fishing. Anglers are still catching limits on almost every trip. They are still catching sharks and we had two tuna blitzes by the boat, albeit quick ones. Fishing Buzzards Bay, the black sea bass are still thick and fluke are happy to bite. Captain Rich is ready to make the run to the famous Nantucket Shoals for people looking for the fluke of a lifetime. He can fish for other species if a limit is quickly achieved and will be ready for tuna as well. It is also the shark tournament season. Black Rose Charters will be in New Bedford for the North Atlantic Monster Shark Tournament. Call Captain Rich for available dates.

    Captain Rich from Black Rose Fishing Charters reported he has been fishing offshore and getting daily limits of haddock with ease. You never know when a porbeagle shark will show up to keep things exciting. They are also a great eating fish. Pollock are cooperative as well on these trips. Captain Rich had his first two tuna blitzes on a haddock trip this week. Big giant fish for pure family fun, Buzzards Bay still offers fast action and easy fishing on anchor for bending a rod and offering variety. Call Captain Rich for more details.

    Captain Rich from Black Rose Fishing Charters reports he and his crews have enjoyed three amazing days of fishing in a row. Every species is red hot right now. Haddock, sharks, sea bass, scup and stripers. Take your pick it's all good! There will be an open boat for haddock and shark on Wednesday with room and some additional days available soon.     Captain Rich from Black Rose Fishing Charters reported he just added another open boat day on Wednesday June 20 as well as Wednesday June 27th. These trips will target haddock, sharks, ground fish and stripers. It is a great time to be fishing for multiple species and is a nice option to a party boat. Captain Rich has a freezer full of chum and is ready for shark season. Ground fishing is off the charts with a good chance of sharks or limiting out early and going for stripers.
