Canal Bait & Tackle

July 16, 2018:

The guys from Canal B&T in Sagamore told me that the Canal produced steady action on bass in the 20-pound class with fish to the mid-30s caught this week. The weekend saw a good shot of larger fish move into the Canal, and there is bait at both ends to hold them there for a bit.

Canal B&T in Sagamore reports good action in the east end of the Canal fueled by mackerel while the west end has been a bit more difficult. Hopes are high that this week's full moon pulls the bass into both ends of the Canal.
