BAKED CODFISH

A quick and easy recipe for the winter king.

BAKED CODFISH

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 2 codfish filets (4-6 ounces each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Oilive oil


Directions:
Brush the codfish filets on both sides with lemon juice and olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the steaks into a baking pan and fill the pan with water until steaks are partially submerged. Bake in a preheated oven set at 425 degrees 7 to 10 minutes for every inch of thickness.
