Spring is always an exciting time for Delaware surf fishermen. The chill of winter is still in the air, but once the water temperature reaches that magic 50-degree mark rockfish and blues will make an appearance. On the down side, skates and dog sharks also show up in greater numbers than the two species we would like to catch.
