In addition to preparing seafood delights of every sort in his two Zagat-rated Huntington, NY, restaurants, Bravo! Nader and Nader’s Fish On The Run, this culinary expert teaches cooking classes on the premises.

With a background in hotel management and three years of culinary school in Luzern, Switzerland, on his resume, Nader knows how to take the complexity out of cooking your favorite fish while adding a sprinkling of delightful insight and charm to every culinary discussion.
