Knot Detail

Uni-Knot

Strong, reliable and uncomplicated, the uni-knot is another good choice for securing terminal tackle to the end of a line. Snug this knot when tying to a hook, or leave it as a loop to connect larger items such as sinkers. You can also use two uni-knots, opposite each other, to connect lines of similar diameters.

1
Step 1

Pass tag end through eyelet.

2
Step 2

Create loop, pass tag over both standing lines.

3
Step 3

Form six (6) coils around both standing lines and tighten.

4
Step 4

Completed Uni-Knot.
