SUMMERTIME SEA BASSING

SUMMERTIME SEA BASSING
Richie Brande of Wayland, MA was fishing out of Westport with Little Sister Charters this week when landed this monster black sea bass.
They’re moving deep, but they’re still quite plentiful if you know where to look and you’re willing to put in the time to find them. That sentiment was heard across the reports from Long Island Sound through Rhode Island and on into Massachusetts waters this week. Limits were quite common with many anglers setting increased minimum sizes over that of which the managers feel is necessary. Ask anyone and they’ll agree, black sea bass are plentiful!
