    "There are swordfish getting caught day and night in the canyons, but nobody is saying where," quipped Chris at Offshore Enterprises, Inc., adding that mahi remain plentiful. He had word that bluefin were sighted, and some caught in close north of Atlantic City, and that action should rev as the tuna continue moving down.

    Chris with Offshore Enterprises, Inc. reports that the Wilmington Canyon is alive with yellowfin to 70 pounds, with the 6.5-knot speed with candy apple red and bluewhite Joe ShutesBaitmaster Ballyhoo the bosses for putting meat on ice. Capt. Art on board his Cheryl Lynne tagged a pair of white marlin and went 3 for 4 on mackerel-loving nighttime swordfish at the 180-foot dining level.

    Ryan with Offshore Enterprises said the Cigar is lit with wahoo in the 50- to 60-pound range that are blasting Blue Water Candy Jagahoos. Mahi mayhem is occurring just about everywhere, with intense rod bending from the 4- to 10-pound dorado as close as 15 miles east of Absecon Inlet. These are being caught on the troll as well as pitching small live baits and also bucktails around floating weeds and debris.

    Chris with Offshore Bait and Tackle reports that good numbers of 50- to 60-pound white marlin are waxing bluewhite and candy apple red Ilanders wballyhoo in the Wilmington. One customer dragged at 440-pound swordfish that engulfed a deep dropped rigged squid rig through the transom door.
