Central Connecticut State University, in partnership with the CT DEEP, seeks your input for the 2023-2028 Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP).
As an outdoor enthusiast, you are invited to share your thoughts and experiences on outdoor recreation in Connecticut through a brief online survey. The survey provides the opportunity for individuals with various outdoor recreation interests to express their views and help shape the future of outdoor recreation in Connecticut.
The survey is designed to help the development of a new SCORP which will benefit all who enjoy the outdoors in Connecticut. In order to include the viewpoints of as many of Connecticut’s residents as possible, DEEP has provided this survey with the hope that they will get a lot of feedback from a diverse spread of user groups. Residents will be asked to complete a 15-minute online survey in which individuals will share their thoughts and experiences about outdoor recreation priorities in our state. Participants must be Connecticut residents and at least 18 years of age to participate.
The survey is anonymous and the state pledges to protect your privacy at all times while conducting the survey; in other words the information you provide will not be able to be identified or tied to you in any way. The states wants to thank you in advance for helping them better understand the recreation needs of outdoor enthusiasts and giving them the tools and suggestions they need to make Connecticut an even better place to live.
