The Holiday Beach Club in Waretown will host their annual fluke fishing tournament from July 28-30, open to boat, surf and kayak anglers, prizes are awarded to the top three heaviest fluke in three categories, men, women and juniors under 13.
The mandatory captains meeting will be held on July 28 at 6 p.m. at the Holiday Beach Club at 26 Shore Drive in Waretown. All weigh-ins will take place at Creekside Outfitters at 403 Route 9 in Waretown, with the awards BBQ back at the club on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Early entry is $100 per boat (up to six anglers) and $40 for surf or kayak by July 15. The cost goes up next week to $125 and $50 respectively.
