Then from March 14-16, it’s a full slate of staffers from The Fisherman out at the Saltwater Fishing Expo.  This annual event at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center at 97 Sunfield Avenue in Edison has become one of the largest consumer shows of its kind along the entire East Coast.  Doors open Friday from noon to 8 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In addition to Jenni and John, The Fisherman’s Jim Hutchinson will be at the booth the entire time, except on Friday when he is moderating a special surfcasters workshop in the main ballroom.  For a full list of Saltwater Fishing Expo exhibitors and seminar lineup go to sportshows.com.

In other show news, the Fish Hawks Saltwater Anglers Club of Forked River was forced to cancel their 21st Annual Fishing Flea Market on Saturday, March 1.  Regrettably, ongoing construction at the Lacey Elks Lodge where the Fish Hawks host their annual event has been delayed, with the club just being notified of the issue in early February.  For additional information you can visit fishhawksnj.com.
