Northeast anglers get ready as the brand new 2024 season of Saltwater Underground with Nick Honachefsky premiers January 1 on Waypoint TV, running every week throughout the year.
“Saltwater Underground is definitely not the usual dramatized and scripted fishing show,” said the longtime Fisherman field editor and author. “Characters in the fishing world, especially in New Jersey, are interesting and loose enough to tell an engaging real story,” said Honachefsky, adding “I think the real appeal for viewers is that we let the camera roll and see what happens in an often overlooked fishery of the Northeast grounds.”
The upcoming 2024 Season of Saltwater Underground is going to rock the docks with special guest underground stars such as WWE Hall of Famer Jake the Snake Roberts, Man Vs. Food Host Casey Webb, rock star Dean Ween, and strongman influencer Mike Counihan. Episodes running in 2024 include explosive yellowfin tuna bites, spectacular surf stripers, and fantastic fluke fishing, with plenty more on tap. The laid back, fun approachable vibe of the show resounds with anglers from all walks of life.
