As we stand on the doorstep of the month of May, there may be no other time in the fishing season when anglers feel greater anticipation; the saltwater season is still unknown. There’s no rhythm to it yet, no trend to follow. In many ways it could be thought of as a fishing version of Schrodinger’s Cat…what lies ahead isn’t dictated by truth or fact, it’s dictated by what you imagine it could be and the direction that it goes, for you personally, can only be guided by what you believe is possible.
This may sound very ‘mindful’ for a photo gallery write-up, but it is true that we hold the reins and we ‘steer the horses’ and where we decide to go is what dictates our destination.
