After 23 years on Bay Street, Tight Lines Tackle owner Ken Morse has relocated his popular tackle shop from Sag Harbor to Southampton. A double in rent cost pretty much pushed Morse to make the move. Fortunately, Morse did find a more affordable location at 260 Hampton Road, just a few blocks away from Southampton Town Hall and Stony Brook Southampton Hospital. It’s also right next to Ted’s East End Market, a popular deli.
The new shop is fully stocked with all the same fishing goodies that those who patronized the Sag Harbor location were familiar with. Ken expressed his sadness about leaving his old Bay Street location but embraced a new chapter at the Southampton storefront. His phone number remains the same at (631) 725-0740.
