The 43rd Annual Karl J. Boehret Surf Fishing Tournament will be held on Saturday, May 10 in Sea Isle City. Presented by Delaware Valley Surf Anglers this ASAC sanctioned event is open to teams and individuals.
Registration for the tournament is at the Sea Isle Community Center from 5:30 a.m. until 7 a.m. Beach buggy permits are waived for the day. The event is sponsored by Sea Isle Bait and Tackle, Boulevard Bait and Tackle, One Stop Bait and Tackle, Riptide Bait and Tackle, Advanced Fishing and Sport Fishing Outlet. Also kicking off on Saturday, May 10 is the Jersey Coast Shark Anglers (JCSA) 1st Annual Spring Catch & Release Striper Tournament, running through Saturday, May 17. Tournament teams get the choice to fish one day or multiple days with paid entry for each day fishing.
The Captains meeting is Friday May 9 at 6:30 p.m. at the JCSA Clubhouse at 385 Herbertsville Road in Brick. Food & Beverages will be available
