Big Mohawk III

“We sat at the dock more days in October than we got in fishing,” said Greg Heuth of the Big Mohawk III. Greg told me that he has decided to switch the boat over to striped bass fishing once they get back to fishing, more than likely sometime during the week of October 26 considering the nor’east weather forecast for the week of October 19.

“The fishing was decent but the keeping not so much,” said Greg Hueth of the Big Mohawk III. “We did a lot of recycling of sea bass this past week and like most boats we also caught some triggers, some tog, many of which were also recycled as well,” Greg said, adding that it’s a shame we are going to have the affects from another storm to deal with the week, especially since the stripers and baitfish made their way into northern waters this past week.
