The Lady Flamingo has a storied history in the fishing business running over the course of four generations (over 50 years). The boat is well kept, clean and comfortable with a spacious deck boasting plenty of room for fishing gear, coolers, etc. It also has clean ladies and men’s accommodations and freesafe parking back at the dock. To this day, the Lady Flamingo is the only boat in the area to specialize in diamond jigging. This was originally pioneered by Capt. Walter back in the 1960’s. Today, that method and quite a few new ones are used daily by third generation skipper, Capt. Bob Wiegand. There isn’t a boat around with a better reputation for catching top water species in the New York area than the Lady Flamingo.
