On the Laura Lee Fleet out of Captree, Capt. Kenny reported the sea bass action was greatly improved this past week. Anglers saw plenty of limits and all the ling you wanted. Fluke action is slow, but the evening trip saw an uptick in bluefish action.

On the Laura Lee Fleet out of Captree, Capt. Kenny reported improved sea bass fishing with some jumbos and loads of ling. Fluke fishing is producing a slow pick of keepers and shorts, and the striper fishing slowed down the last few days.

Capt. Neil Delanoy is a bit of a local legend and has been fishing the waters of Long Island for most of his life. If it swims Capt. His vessel, the Laura Lee, has been a mainstay at Captree State Park since 1975. She is 72 feet long, Coast Guard licensed and inspected and certified to 100 miles offshore.
