The gas dock is the last place any skipper wants to be waiting in line at these days but Capt. Jason of Little Sister Charters was paying the piper for another week of very good black sea bass and striper fishing. Most of the earlier trips in the week his crews limited out. He has also run into some blues in the 4- to 6-pound class and some bonito from in the same weight class, as well. Give him a call and get in on the action.

It was full limits for all aboard for Capt. Jason of Little Sister Charters who put his fares onto legal sea bass with some over the 20-inch mark. There were some large scup in the catches and in a week or so his fluke charters in deeper water begin to produce keepers and some slabs. He also offers striper fishing in the river and the ocean reefs. Give him a call to get on his mailing list.

With decades of experience fishing throughout Southern New England, Capt. Jason Colby of Little Sister Charters is a true specialist in light tackle angling.  From striped bass and bluefish to bottom fish such as winter flounder, fluke, sea bass and blackfish; he is the man to call for an exciting trip on the water, especially when shared between your family and friends.  His 31-foot Contender with twin Yamaha F300’s ensure you get to your spot fast and safe, along with a Minn-Kota trolling motor to keep you “anchored” as needed. Prospective clients are urged to check out Jason’s information page to see which species are in season and biting well. During the month of May (only), he launches out of Sesuit Harbor, targeting winter flounder. Then from June and throughout the summer and into late fall his time is spent out of Westport, MA, targeting everything from stripers and blues, to a long list of bottom fish such as fluke, sea bass, and tautog.  Late summer and early fall have occasional mid-shore mahi openings, so be sure to keep an eye out for your next trip.  Weekends fill up quick so reserve your spot today!
