A very happy Capt. Nick Savene of No Time Charters in Oceanside told me that he has been finding boat limits of slot bass on every trip this fall with loads of overslots released. On Friday, a bass/blackfish combo for Joe C and friends resulted in a boat limit of slots along with six keeper ‘tog.
