Tom noted that when the south wind stays calm, the afternoon trips have consistently been the most productive. Rocco celebrated his first-ever fluke limit, while "Lil' Man" showed up the veterans by putting together an impressive catch of both shorts and keepers. Friday offered plenty of fluke action, although some anglers fared better than others. Saturday brought heavy boat traffic to the local grounds, but there was still plenty of life to keep rods bending. While keeper numbers weren't as strong as earlier in the week, anglers managed a respectable catch before the typical summertime south wind picked up during the afternoon, making conditions more challenging.
