Old Inlet Bait and Tackle said a few striped bass are being caught on bucktails and plugs just before dawn and right after sunup. Blues are also in the mix. Sheepshead are taken from the rocks on green crabs and sand fleas. You might try fiddler crabs, if you can find any.
