The Tartan II is a wooden, slow drifting, partycharter boat captained by Mike Stepksi in Niantic, CT. Mike is professional fisherman who has decades of experience fishing in New England, New York, and New Jersey. The Tartan II specializes in bottom fishing (sea bass, fluke, porgies & blackfish) in the vicinity of Long Island and Block Island Sounds.
