From White Water Outfitters, reports indicate that striped bass to 25 pounds continue to be caught from the inlet rocks as recently as Sunday morning. Cocktail bluefish and occasional larger fish are mixed into the action. The canal continues to produce a pick of fluke along with smaller bluefish to around 5 pounds. Anglers working bucktails and soft plastics around current seams have been finding the most consistent success.

Bryce from White Water Outfitters in Hampton Bays reported good striped bass action around Jessup's Neck, where flutter spoons and snap-jigging techniques have been producing. Weakfish are also being caught in the same area. Porgy fishing has slowed somewhat, but anglers continue to find a decent fluke bite west of Ponquogue Bridge. Striped bass remain active inside Shinnecock Inlet, where cocktail bluefish are mixed into the catches.

Bryce from White Water Outfitters reported that bass fishing along the Hamptons oceanfront remains excellent. Swimming plugs continue to account for most of the action, while daytime popper fishing has also been producing exciting topwater strikes. Shinnecock Inlet and the Ponquogue Bridge remain two of the area's most reliable producers, with fish to 25 pounds reported this week.

Bryce from White Water Outfitters in Hampton Bays reported solid bass action in the inlet and around the bridges on bucktails, soft plastics, and clams. Fluke fishing has been a pick in the back bays and west of the bridge, while the occasional weakfish continues to show from the back creeks and channels. Bluefish reports remain scattered.
