Black Hall Outfitters’ 10th Annual Togtober Tournament

Put on by Black Hall Outfitters in Westbrook, CT. This 4 day blackfish battle for the ages gives out a cash prize to the winner (based on number of entries) and a rod and reel combo to the runner up. The cost is $50 per angler and 10% of all proceeds will be donated to Save The Sound. There are also four $20 Calcuttas; blackfish, sea bass, porgy and – new for 2023 – false albacore.
