NJ Black Sea Bass Reopens

From October 1-31, New Jersey’s black sea bass fall season runs with a 12-1/2-inch size limit and 10 fish bag.  From November 1 through December 31, it’s a 15-fish bag with the same 12-1/2-inch size limit.
