Presented by Charlie’s Bait and Tackle in Normandy Beach; starts 5 a.m. on 11/23 and runs until 5 p.m. on 11/26. Boundaries from the south jetty at Manasquan to the north jetty of Barnegat. Entry fee is $45. Call 732-793-1144.
