EXTRA SALMON STOCKED IN MA

In late January it was announced that a second round of broodstock Atlantic salmon would take place across Massachusetts. This was set to take place just time for hardwater anglers across the state to take advantage of a late of the bonus fish. Each district will receive 75 retired broodstock salmon ranging in size from 3 to 11 pounds from the Nashua National Fish Hatchery in Nashua, New Hampshire. Due to the challenging of stocking fish through iced-over waters, only a select number of waters received the fish.
