Using inline circle hooks for stripers has been law for a while now and we’ve all acquainted ourselves with the standard barbed inline circle but now Gamakatsu has introduced their outbarb circle which is just a circle hook ( legal for stripers) with the barb on the outside of the hook as opposed to the inside.
