The Long Island Beach Buggy Association (LIBBA) will be hosting their Annual Meeting on Sunday, March 3, at the Babylon Hibernian Hall located at 27 Locust Avenue, in Babylon. The meeting begins at 2:30 p.m. (doors open at 1:30 p.m.) Active status members are welcome to participate in discussing 2013 Long Island beach access topics and issues. The meeting will include member voting for LIBBA 2013 directors, committee chair reports, beach clean up planning, LIBBA 2013 merchandising, a light afternoon luncheon and LIBBA raffles.
