The Black Hawk party boat of Nianitc, CT, was recently awarded the Eastern CT Chamber of Commerce "Military Community Support Award" on Friday, October 19. In attendance was the Lieutenant Governor, Senator Richard Blumenthal, Congressman Joe Courtney, as well as many high ranking military officials from all five branches of the military. Heather, Greg and Faith were thrilled to be awarded with the Military Community Support Award at the special breakfast organized by the Eastern CT Chamber of Commerce. They received an award presented by Bob Ross, the director of the Connecticut Office of Military Affairs. The entire Black Hawk crew is honored to be recognized for their efforts to help the military community through the Black Hawk and the Community program.
