NJ OFFSHORE WIND & ONSHORE SHOW - The Fisherman

NJ OFFSHORE WIND & ONSHORE SHOW

The September 20th, 2018 weekly edition of The Fisherman Magazine has been printed up and is on its way to our subscribers (subscribers can also get online access here). In this week’s Editor’s Log (Tilting at Windmills) we just begin to scratch the surface at what could turn into a sometimes contentious debate about access and accountability in terms of wind farms off the Jersey Coast.

In a continuing effort to make stakeholders aware of offshore wind energy development plans in the New York/New Jersey Bight, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) is alerting the public to three meetings and one webinar this month being hosted by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). There is no cost to participate in the meetings or webinar.
