On this week’s Open Boat we are celebrating the Fluker Winner’s Circle part two. This week’s showcasing all of the anglers who caught fluke using a teaser or their choice. From a simple naked teaser hook to a hand-tied bucktail teaser, anglers sent in their submissions for their catches of the season on the teaser.
