Tying a Black Marabou Jig - The Fisherman

Tying a Black Marabou Jig

Without question, one of the most versatile lures to use on long island’s lakes and ponds during the winter months has to be the black Marabou Jig. When the vegetation is at a minimum this small mighty mite can be worked along the bottom for an array of species. The best part is you can tie this jig in under a minute with some practice. This lure was also featured in the February issue of The Fisherman Magazine. You can read the feature as well by clicking the link below the video on the website.
