UPCOMING EVENTS IN THE FISHERMAN MAGAZINE REGION

After two years of virtually no regional boat or outdoor shows due to COVID-19, we finally seem to be back in the swing of things. All regions of The Fisherman Magazine have been busy meeting and signing up subscribers at recent events. When you sign up or renew your subscription at the shows that the magazine attends you will receive a package of Addaya “striper approved” circle hooks and a package of Fishbites Fight Club soft baits, while supplies last.  Below is a list of all events in The Fisherman readership region in the next two weeks.

New Jersey Managing Editor Jim Hutchinson Jr. poses Carlos Ramos and George The Pocono Outdoors Guy while at the Philadelphia Fishing Show. Carlos won a free Sterling Tackle Widetracker in Philly, an added benefit of visiting some of the New Jersey shows.

March 11 – 13: The New England Saltwater Fishing Show; Presented by the Rhode Island Saltwater Anglers Association. This is the largest saltwater fishing show in the entire northeast! March 12: Sag Harbor FD Fisherman’s Flea Market; The 7th Annual Fisherman’s Flea Market sponsored by the Sag Harbor Fire Department to benefit the department’s Dive Team will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sag Harbor Firehouse located at 1357 Brick Kiln Road, Sag Harbor. March 13: Lindenhurst Spring Fishing Flea Market; At the Firemen’s Pavilion, 555 Heiling Blvd @ Hartford Street in Lindenhurst, NY 11757.  Wide variety of salt and freshwater fishing tackle; new, used, antique, custom fishing and boating items. March 19: Plum Island Surfcasters 24th Annual Fishing Show; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hope Church, 11 Hale Street, Newburyport, MA. The main speaker will be DJ Muller.

Dave Anderson and the New England crew will be attending The New England Saltwater Fishing Show from March 11-13. The Long Island editor Matt Broderick and crew will be covering the Long Island Boat Show from March 1113 along with the Lindenhurst Spring Fishing Flea Market on the 13th while Jim Hutchinson and John DeBona will be covering the Saltwater Fishing Expo from March 1820 as well as the Asbury Park Fishing Show on March 20.
