While another Atlantic Coast fluke season has essentially wound down in 2024, it’s never too early for thinking about floundering around the summer of 2025. While fluking was still top of mind this past summer, The Fisherman’s Jim Hutchinson, Jr. had a chance to talk with Phil Carfagno from Ocean Tackle International (OTI) about a very fluke-specific line of rods he was using for light tackle jigging. That said, Carfagno also showed us some cool OTI weaponry for striped bass in the MIKROS-POP topwaters out now in time for the fall run.
