Another winter is fast-approaching, along with a brand new year, which for those of us at The Fisherman Magazine it can only mean one thing – it’s show time!
Staffers including John DeBona, Jenni Ackerman and Jim Hutchinson, Jr. will be at it again in 2026 offering annual subscription deals and a gift for each new or renewing subscriber at various shows in the tristate region. If you enjoyed those Danco pliers you received at any of the 2025 shows, you’re going to be thrilled to see what we have in store for you in 2026!
The big news this season is that the Philadelphia Fishing Show is changing dates, from mid-February to earlier in the season. The Philly show will now be held from Friday, January 9 through Sunday, January 11 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA featuring seminars presented by The Fisherman. That very same weekend, The Fisherman team will also be out at the Wildwood Fishing & Boating Expo from January 9-11, 2026. Hours of that three-day event at the Wildwood Convention Center are 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday, and from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday.
