A Flushing man was charged with dumping undersized blackfish in Greenport on Thanksgiving, police said. According to Southold Town Police, the incident happened at 3:11 p.m. on Sandy Beach Road in Greenport West when the individual during an interview with an environmental conservation officer, fled the area and dumped 44 undersized blackfish. Shortly after, he was apprehended in a wooded area and issued three summonses, police said.
