On June 8, the International Game Fish Association held a basic fishing techniques and ethical angling practices clinic through the IGFA’s Passports to Fishing Program on FINS (Fire Island National Seashore). The participants enjoyed a mix of bass, dogfish, and skates caught on both clam and bunker chunks.
Two more associated events will be taking place along the Jersey Shore: Reel Into Fishing Camp Ocean County August 13-15 and Reel Into Fishing Camp Burlington County August 20-22.
