The Moriches Anglers are holding their 20th Annual Fluke Tournament on the weekend of August 14-15 with a captains meeting Friday, August 13 at the VFW Hall located at 437 Montauk Highway in East Moriches. The entry fee is $100 per angler to fish both days, or $60 per angler to fish one day. All boats must leave and return from Moriches Inlet during the allotted time. Fishing on Saturday will be from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Weigh-in is at B&B Tackle from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday fishing is from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Weigh-in on Sunday will be at the VFW Hall from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will be followed by a barbecue, raffles and prizes.
