Abby Armstrong of the Seaville section of Upper Township in Cape May County is this year’s Ocean City Fishing Club Scholarship winner. She graduated in June from Ocean City High School (OCHS) and will attend West Virginia University in the fall where she plans to study Environmental Resource Management.
Ocean City Fishing Club has awarded a $500 scholarship annually since 2006 to a deserving OCHS graduate who plans to study biology, environmental sciences, oceanography or a related field in college. Abby was recommended for the scholarship by the OCHS faculty and administration.
