Primarily today’s anglers opt for a large siwash hook on the back of their plug when looking to replace a treble with a single hook, but with the Owner in-line single replacement hooks all trebles can now be traded out for a hook that is specifically designed for this task. These in-line hooks include an eye that is turned 90 degrees from standard orientation and therefore when attached to a lure with a single split ring they run in-line with the hook hanger, hence the name.
