The Connecticut Fish & Wildlife Department had planned to initiate a “Tiger Tamer” t-shirt giveaway this spring in conjunction with the return of the tiger trout across the state. Unfortunately the t-shirt initiative has been postponed to the fall due to concerns over Covid-19, but Tiger Trout are being stocked in several undisclosed locations throughout Connecticut to offer anglers an exciting opportunity to tame a tiger. To avoid crowding, Fish & Wildlife will not disclose the spring stocking locations that are getting Tiger Trout and they encourage anglers to continue practicing social distancing while fishing.
