Aboard the open boat the Rip Tide III in City Island Capt. Carl reports a slight improvement from last week’s slow fishing with hi hooks on most days being 5 porgies. A few keeper fluke and slot size stripers have also been included in the catch. Please note that once the water warms a bit more, the fishing will pick up significantly. The boat sails daily at 8 a.m. returning at 3:30 p.m.
