South Shore Marine in Massapequa reported a decent amount of short fluke both in the bay and in the ocean. Ocean fluke have seen a better keeper ratio of 20 shorts to 1 keeper. As far as other exciting news this week, a spearfisherman came in with 11 mahi. Another angler landed an 80-pound tuna. At the windmills, there are loads of bluefish.
