Over on the Super Hawk in Pt. Lookout the word from Capt. Steve Kearney is that both summer flatties and sea bass are providing pretty good action for his fares. The top of the tide has yielded good results for fluke. In the ocean waters, the fares are connecting with sea bass, ling, a few ocean flatties, large porgies and even some Atlantic mackerel. Daily fluke trips sail on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Sea bass runs will depart on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. All half-day tips sail from from 7 a.m. to 12 noon, and 1 to 5:30 p.m. Reservations are required for all trips. Please call or check the Facebook page for additional dates and details.
